Author Talk: Doris Sumner "Life at Camp" In-Person

Join us for a book talk with local resident Doris J. Sumner.  She will talk about her recently published memoir "Life at Camp:   Combating the Sexism We Tolerate, and Why the Military Should Take the Lead."  Doris will recount her journey as a young, suburban tomboy joining the Army as a truck driver and becoming an activist for gender equality. She is a 36-year Veteran who retired in 2019 from the Vermont National Guard.
